The 24th edition of the MBGN pageant took place on 25th saturday night at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. Sylvia Nduka a University of Lagos Accountancy undergraduate from Anambra State was crowned as the winner of the competition.
Sylvia's official title is Miss MBGN World 2011 and she will represent Nigeria in the 2011 Miss World competition which will be held at London on November 2011. MBGN 2011, Sylvia Nduka went home with a brand new Hyundai car and a 3 million naira cash prize. Sylvia also won the MBGN 2011 Best Traditional Costume prize.
The second runner -up is MBGN Universe 2011, Sophie Gemal - Miss Bayelsa.
Third runner-up is MBGN Tourism 2011 Obioma Isiwu - Miss Enugu.
Forth runner-up is MBGN ECOWAS 2011 Grace Ndam - Miss Lagos.
